No. When you vote, two separate records are written: a tick on the roll saying you voted, and an anonymous ballot with a random ID and no time on it. Nothing connects them, so nobody using the system — club admins, the committee or us — can match a ballot to a member.
Each member's code works once. Casting a ballot marks the member as voted in the same database transaction, so a second attempt is rejected even if two phones try at the same second.
You get a receipt code and a fingerprint when you vote. Enter the receipt on the election page to confirm your ballot is recorded, and look for your fingerprint in the published audit list after voting closes.
The admin can correct their phone or email and send a fresh code in seconds. The old code stops working immediately.
